Policies
Booking & Deposit Policy
Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your dates. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your hunt.
Cancellation
Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation with more than 60 days' notice, we will make every effort to reschedule your hunt to an available date in the same season.
Party Size
Most hunts accommodate 1–4 hunters. Larger groups are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss.
Licenses & Tags
All hunters are responsible for obtaining their own valid South Dakota hunting licenses and tags prior to arrival. We do not obtain licenses on behalf of hunters.
Firearms & Equipment
Hunters are responsible for selecting appropriate legal firearms, ammunition, and equipment for the species being hunted.
